1 Million Cups: Delivering electricity; a pot breathalyzer

Kansas City’s 1 Million Cups program on Wednesday featured a social startup that aims to connect residents in developing countries to electricity and a revenue stream, and another that has developed a breathalyzer system to detect THC levels.

The program happens every Wednesday at the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation and gives early-stage startups six minutes to detail their business, followed by a 20-minute question-and-answer session with the audience and expert panel.
