A federal grand jury has indicted six Kansas City employees for an alleged three-year overtime fraud conspiracy, according to a statement released Thursday.
Between January 2013 and Nov. 30, 2016, the employees received upward of $58,000 in false and fraudulent overtime pay, according to the U.S. Attorney’s office. The employees all work in the signs division of the Public Works Department.
