Mid-Continent Public Library is targeting culinary entrepreneurs with a new 10-week program: “Food Manufacturing School.”
To roll out the program, the library’s Square One Small Business Services teamed up with the Ennovation Center and the Missouri Small Business Development Center at the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
